Veri, Founder & CEOAliso Viejo Officerveri@aspenmergers.com Mr. Veri is an experienced and knowledgeable dealmaker with numerous successful transactions to his credit. He has represented both buyers and sellers in a wide range of business transactions. Mr. Veri has extensive experience as a senior executive in various industries and companies. He served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Fostex Corporation of America where he was also a member of the Board of Directors in the U.S. and Japan. Mr. Veri also was Vice President and General Manager, as well as a corporate officer for SRS Labs. He has been intimately involved in mergers and acquisitions throughout his career. He holds a Broker's License issued by the California Department of Real Estate, a Bachelors degree in Economics from Youngstown State University and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine Lorraine Norvell, President and Managing DirectorAtlanta Officelnorvell@aspenmergers.com With over 20 years of merger and acquisition experience, Ms. Norvell is a seasoned dealmaker and is widely recognized as one of the premier business people in the mergers and acquisitions arena. Prior to joining Aspen, Ms. Norvell served as Managing Director for three other merger and acquisition firms and has represented both buyers and sellers in business transactions. Ms. Norvell also has extensive experience in key executive positions for firms such as Business Investment Group of America and Tri County. She has also owned her own Company. Ms. Norvell’s background and experience give her the expertise to handle the most complex business transactions. Robert Vogl, Vice PresidentVail Officervogl@aspenmergers.com Mr. Vogl brings over 25 years of business leadership experience, including merger and acquisition work, business consulting, executive recruiting and running his own companies. He led McCoy Label Company, a successful Northern California pressure sensitive label company, as President, CEO, and majority stockholder. Prior to taking over McCoy Label, Mr. Vogl owned and operated a commercial printing company in San Francisco, serving the world’s top corporate identity and packaging design companies. He possesses broad business experience that includes buying and selling of businesses, as well as acting as an intermediary. He earned a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. Terri Dramis, Financial AnalystAtlanta Officetdramis@aspenmergers.com. Ms. Dramis’ expertise includes financial contracts, business analysis, consulting and all aspects of corporate governance. Prior to joining Aspen Mergers & Acquisitions Ms. Dramis had successfully led a business consulting company, CIO Strategies, Inc. Previously Ms. Dramis served as a Financial Analyst for AT&T Federal Systems, with focus on interpreting financials in the areas of product revenue, direct costs and billed adjustments for reserves, as well as handling exception matters of a legal and sensitive nature and interfacing with securities consultants and various state and federal agencies.
